Job description

This temporary role is for a Customer Service Representative based in Glasgow, working on a rotational shift pattern of either 37.5 hours across five days (8am-4pm) or four days (8am-6pm). Pay is £13.50 per hour with holiday pay accrual, and the contract runs for three months with an immediate start. You will manage the processing of visa applications and renewals, engaging directly with the public. The role requires a valid DBS check, a professional manner, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a customer-facing position is essential for this position in Glasgow. Location: Glasgow (office based) Pay: £13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay Duration: 3 months Hours: 37.5 on a Rotational Basis 8am-4pm - 5 days per week OR 8am - 6pm - 4 days per week Requirement: Valid DBS required Start: Immediate availability needed
