Temporary Accounts Receivable Controller

A great opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Controller to join a company on a temporary basis for 3 months. This organization is a leading, trusted regulatory partner for major retailers and manufacturers globally, dedicated to protecting brands and customers through labelling compliance excellence.

This role is fully remote — must be UK based with UK experience.

Responsibilities

• Chasing up invoice queries
• Raising invoices in a manual and process-driven system
• Working closely with the Credit Controller to resolve billing and invoice queries
• Issuing invoices and receipts to clients for received payments
• Updating account information and client records

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-volume, low-value, fast-paced AR role
• Experience with Xero — essential
• Able to follow processes and take direction — essential
• Motivated to work remotely full-time
• Easy-going and affable personality
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote, established team
• Available to start immediately
• Experience in FMCG or with large retailers is a plus but not essential
