Confidential in Abingdon is seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the busy finance team. This office-based role, on a 3‑month contract, offers hands-on training and the opportunity to gain experience across a range of financial processes. Salary is £25,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have administration or customer service experience, be detail‑oriented and eager to learn. No prior finance experience is required, making this a great first step into a career in finance.

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain accurate customer information on the billing system.
• Support monthly customer billing and subscription processes.
• Assist with direct debits, banking activities and customer refunds.
• Respond to customer queries relating to subscriptions and payments.
• Help prepare payment data and carry out bank reconciliations.
• Assist with billing reports and financial data analysis.
• Ensure customer accounts and billing information are accurate and up to date.
