Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is helping a client in Sevenoaks recruit a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator. The role combines hands-on warehouse duties with logistics coordination, shipping, and administration to support operations.

The successful candidate will manage documentation, tracking, and stock movement while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards. Training and development are provided, with a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, stores, distribution, inventory, or operations.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 23kg.
• GCSEs or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Review, categorise, and barcode documentation for accurate tracking.
• Palletise boxes and materials safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections, and logistics activities.
• Update internal systems with accurate tracking and billing information.
• Receive, inspect, and dispatch incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and office environment.
