Unique School Solutions is supporting a large secondary school in Sheffield by recruiting a Behaviour Manager to start ASAP. The role involves managing behaviour across the school, being on call for classroom removals, corridor walking, and overseeing the behaviour room.

The position is term-time only, Monday to Friday, starting at 08:00, with the potential for permanent employment after a 12-week temporary placement and paid via PAYE.

Qualifications

• Experience working with 11–16 year olds.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build rapport with young people while enforcing rules.
