Responsibilities

Lead and support operational teams to achieve productivity and performance targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and workflow across the shift.
Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities clearly.
Manage operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Support employee engagement, coaching, and performance management.
Produce operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with other managers and stakeholders to optimise performance.
