No prior experience is required as training is provided; you must be able to lift bags up to 11kg and parcels up to 30kg, stand for long periods, and adapt quickly to shift patterns (Morning, Afternoon, Night).

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Experience in warehouse or sorting is a plus.
• Able to lift mail bags up to 11kg, parcels up to 30kg, and push trolleys/yorks up to 250kg.
