Job summary

Data Entry role in Sherburn in Elmet supporting a Salesforce CRM transition. Temporary assignment approx 1 month, £12.71 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience. You will extract data from Excel, validate records, and transfer into Salesforce with high accuracy.

Ideal candidates have data entry experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage large data volumes across multiple sources. Salesforce knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or data processing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident working with Excel spreadsheets and digital records.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from, spreadsheets, and archived files.
• Accurately input and transfer data into the new Salesforce system.
• Review and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate records.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to project deadlines.
• Work methodically across multiple data sources to ensure complete and correct records.
