Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud Developer to join our client’s team, delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics.

The role is 100% office-based in Manchester or Inverness with BPSS clearance, a daily rate of £580 via Umbrella, and a contract through March 2027. You’ll collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into scalable implementations and provide on‑call support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years IT experience, with 2–3+ years Salesforce Sales/Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder.
• Strong Apex, CRM Analytics and Salesforce CLI experience.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
• Experience with API integrations and data management.
• Experience with data extensions, segmentation, A/B testing and campaign analytics.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data governance and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work 100% office-based in Manchester or Inverness and participate in an on-call rota.

• 12-hour service window (07:00–19:00) + rotational on-call support

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is delivering critical digital and CRM services within a complex enterprise environment, using Salesforce to support customer engagement, analytics and business operations. You’ll join a technical team working closely with business stakeholders and technology vendors to develop, support and enhance Salesforce capabilities. Due to continued demand for these services, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud Developer to join the team.

THE SALESFORCE DEVELOPER ROLE:

As a Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud Developer, you’ll develop, support and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics. You’ll work with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, while supporting multi-channel campaigns, automation, data management and personalisation.

You’ll also act as a technical liaison with vendors and support the wider Salesforce service, working across integrations, APIs, data extensions, audience segmentation and campaign analytics.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• 4–6 years' IT experience, with 2–3+ years' Salesforce Sales/Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder
