Job summary

Office Angels in Godalming is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join on a 1-month temporary contract with an ASAP start. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for a charity-focused team, with a pro rata salary of £30,000–£35,000 and on-site, 3–5 days per week attendance.

You will source, screen and interview candidates, coordinate campaigns and support onboarding and compliance. Immediate availability and Enhanced DBS are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment life cycle.
• Confident conducting interviews, screening candidates and onboarding new starters.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Able to start immediately with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• A supportive team player, proactive and adaptable.
• Caring and personable, with an appreciation for charity values.
• Experience in healthcare, social care or charity sector advantageous.
