Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills including Word (mail merge), Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and mail merging contracts of employment.
• Coordinating onboarding of new employees.
• Chasing candidates and stakeholders for information and documentation.
• Maintaining records across manual systems and databases.
• Processing large volumes of administration with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly.
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks.
