Adecco is seeking a dynamic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Swansea Waterfront team on a temporary basis. You will process purchase invoices, reconcile supplier accounts, and support month-end close in a busy educational community-focused organisation.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00, paying £15.59 per hour. Ideal candidates have experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and good communication.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Assist in resolving supplier queries in a timely manner.
• Support month-end closing processes related to purchase ledger activities.
