Job summary

KMK Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Pensions Administrator to join a busy in-house pensions team on an immediate basis, based in Fitzrovia, London.

You will handle incoming pensions-related post, maintain filing systems, and support day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment, with an 8:30am-5:00pm office-based pattern. Immediate start and competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally in pensions or financial services.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator with collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of pensions schemes or pensions administration is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute incoming pensions-related post.
• Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems.
• Support the pension team with day-to-day admin tasks.
• Update records, process data, and prepare correspondence.
• Liaise with internal departments and external providers.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to pensions function.
