You will process customer orders via phone, email and online systems, verify details, manage inventory, coordinate with despatch teams and update order statuses to ensure smooth fulfilment during a busy period.

Ideal candidates have previous order processing experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and order management systems.

• Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems.

Responsibilities
