Responsibilities

• Producing accurate management information and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial plans with the Leadership Team
• Developing and maintaining an effective forecasting process
• Managing the finance timetable and meeting key reporting deadlines
• Creating clear financial reports to provide useful business insight
• Working with non-finance stakeholders to explain financial performance, budgets and variances
• Monitoring actual expenditure against budgets and supporting income planning
• Managing supplier and contractor queries, invoices and purchasing activity
• Reconciling financial information across systems and platforms
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies
• Providing wider support to the finance function as required
