Job summary

Atkinson Moss is seeking an experienced Management Accountant on a temporary to permanent basis to join a busy finance team in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with the Financial Controller, taking ownership of day-to-day finance tasks and helping with planning, forecasting and year-end activities.

This hands-on role requires the ability to hit the ground running, work independently, and provide clear management reporting and analysis across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Supporting consolidation of multiple entities.
• Managing and monitoring daily cash flow.
• Preparing forecasts and supporting budget reviews.
• Analysing financial performance and investigating variances.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modelling as required.
• Support P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
• Review monthly performance with budget holders.
• Assist with year-end accounts and external audit.
• Support finance systems transition and process improvements.
