Love Success plc is seeking a detail‑oriented Temporary Legal Operations Assistant to join their on-site team. The role focuses on reviewing legal documents, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and providing feedback to clients.

Candidates should handle high volumes of work, maintain confidentiality, and interact professionally with customers. The position runs for 3 months with the possibility of extension and requires immediate availability, working 9am–5:30pm, five days a week on-site in

Competenze

• 1+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to expand on complex legal language.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while upholding industry standards.
• Commitment to confidentiality and protection of customer data.
• Calm and patient demeanour when liaising with clients and customers.

Mansioni

• Utilise detailed legal knowledge to review documents submitted via the online platform, ensuring they meet the relevant requirements.
• Provide feedback to clients and verify that the content aligns with the desired preferences.
• Identify and correct errors and ensure documents comply with regulations.
• Review LPAs, liaising with customers to accurately register the details.
• Follow up with customers regarding the status of their case and confirm if any further action is required.
• Identify any legal discrepancies or special circumstances and raise for review with an internal solicitor.
