Love Success is seeking a Temporary Legal Assistant to join their busy office on-site. The role involves reviewing legal documents submitted via an online platform, ensuring accuracy, and aligning content with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex legal language.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Utilise detailed legal knowledge to review documents submitted via the online platform, ensuring they meet requirements.
• Provide feedback to clients and verify content aligns with desired preferences.
• Identify and correct errors and ensure documents comply with regulations.
• Review LPAs, liaising with customers to accurately register details.
• Follow up with customers regarding case status and any required actions.
• Identify legal discrepancies or special circumstances and raise for review with an internal solicitor.
