Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking a Claims Representative—an entry-level role to investigate, evaluate, and adjust general, property damage and auto liability claims for a large client. The position covers low to medium exposure and requires gathering information from claimants and witnesses.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree preferred and 1–3 years of claims experience; proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and video conferencing tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; insurance claims experience valued.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
• Experience with claims software and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and determine liability in various claims.
• Correspond with medical professionals, witnesses, and claimants to gather information.
• Assess and estimate damages, prepare reserves, and communicate with clients.
