Job summary

Trinity House Group is seeking a friendly Finance Administrator to join a busy Accounts Payable team in Leicester. This 3 month temp role offers a genuine route into finance and immediate start for someone who thrives on helping suppliers resolve queries.

You will handle supplier queries by phone, guide them through the new invoicing portal, and support daily KPI reporting while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, customer support or accounts payable, where helping people resolve queries was a big part of your day.
• You are genuinely happy on the phone and confident explaining processes to suppliers.
• You are organised, can juggle conversations and keep progress moving.
• You take initiative, work independently, and make sensible decisions.

Responsibilities

• Being the go-to support contact for suppliers, guiding them through the new invoicing portal.
• Explain clearly how invoicing will work so suppliers are confident to submit invoices.
• Follow a structured call script while adapting when needed to conversations.
• Help suppliers with setup steps from first call to first successful invoice submission.
• Answer supplier questions promptly and check with the team to get it right.
