Job summary

Confidential is recruiting multiple Accounts Payable roles to join a busy finance team in Leicestershire. These are temporary positions for around three months, fully office-based with a 9-5 weekday pattern and immediate interviews with ASAP starts.

You will process supplier invoices, handle high-volume AP transactions, and respond to supplier queries via Zendesk while liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and keep records accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or purchase ledger.
• Strong attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume processing and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately on the finance system.
• Handle a high volume of AP transactions.
• Respond to supplier queries via Zendesk and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice/payments queries.
• Investigate discrepancies and outstanding items on invoices.
• Maintain accurate supplier and invoice records.
• Support the wider AP team during peak periods.
• Ensure AP processes and internal controls are followed.
