The role sits in a busy Accounts Payable team and offers potential extension based on performance. You will be the friendly voice suppliers speak to as the business moves to a new invoicing portal.

The ideal candidate has customer service or accounts payable experience, enjoys helping others, and is highly organised with a can-do attitude. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or accounts payable.
• Excellent phone manner and problem-solving skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for suppliers, guiding them to the new invoicing portal.
• Explain invoicing changes clearly and patiently.
• Follow a structured script while adapting to conversations.
• Assist suppliers from first call to first invoice submission.
• Support compliance checks and keep tracking updated.
• Report daily progress against targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve queries.
• Provide wider Accounts Payable assistance as needed.
