Job summary

A luxury retailer in Central London is seeking an interim Ecommerce Manager to run the ecommerce function for 1-3 months. You will own the full ecommerce lifecycle from product setup to performance reporting, ensuring the online channel trades effectively during the interim period.

We’re looking for hands-on ecommerce management experience with strong Shopify expertise and a background in fashion. Hybrid/onsite working arrangements apply, with ASAP start and ongoing adaptability to changing

Interim Ecommerce Manager (1-3 Months) - Central London - Agency PAYE

We’re partnering with a well-established, medium-sized luxury retailer based in Central London to find an experienced Ecommerce Manager for an immediate interim assignment (1-3 months). This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning the full ecommerce lifecycle end-to-end.

The Role

You’ll step in to keep the ecommerce function running at pace while the business hires a permanent team member. From product setup through to performance reporting, you’ll take full ownership and ensure the online channel continues to trade effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across the website
• Own product uploads, merchandising, and onsite optimisation
• Monitor performance and produce regular trading reports
• Identify quick-win opportunities to improve conversion and UX
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, buying, and tech
• Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce tools, platforms, and trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in a hands-on Ecommerce Manager role
• Strong Shopify experience is essential
• Background in fashion (footwear experience a bonus)
• Comfortable working across the full ecommerce lifecycle
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to hit the ground running
• Up to date with current ecommerce technology and best practices
