Job summary

Indigo Lune, a sister brand of Lounge, seeks a Temporary Client Services Executive to manage returns, assist customers and handle admin from its Solihull HQ. Role runs 4 out of 5 days on-site with the option to work from home on Tuesdays after training, starting 2nd or 16th November 2026 and ending 12th February 2027.

Ideal candidates are passionate about customer experience, fashion-savvy, detail-oriented and confident with technology and professional communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Fashion experience is preferred.
• Strong written communications with good grammar and on-brand terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate returns and exchanges with customers and ensure smooth process.
• Handle simple monetary responsibilities for returns and exchanges.
• Provide personal and professional customer service for queries on sizing, stock, brand, etc.
• Perform daily admin tasks to support the business.
