Job summary

Thrive Trowbridge is partnering with a client in the Warminster area to recruit a Christmas Administrator on a temporary basis.

You will work Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, with occasional early or late shifts and some weekend work, totaling 37.5 hours per week. SAP experience helpful for processing orders and stock movements.

This role offers weekly pay and onsite parking; the fixed-term contract runs from 5 October 2026 to 23 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP preferred but not essential.
• Good understanding of EDI and stock management systems.
• Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a practical approach to tasks.
• Clean driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP to issue input material to process orders once confirmed with third party.
• Receipting stock from process orders as per information from third party.
• Amend customer orders to ensure stock moves from correct location.
• Digitally replicate the picking process in SAP to ensure pallet label accuracy.
• Raise issues to ensure swift resolution of processing steps.
