Job Description:

V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech Organisations, specializing in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates. Due to growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly from initial approach, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

We are looking for a hungry, sales-driven specialist with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

The company offers a competitive base salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to increase revenue within your territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services and addressing their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their process management, risk & compliance, and enterprise architecture needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends related to business process analysis, process mining, and internal controls.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to sales leadership.
  • Devise business plans and marketing strategies to enable channel sales partners.
  • Forecast bookings revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Develop KPIs to hold partners accountable and review performance routines.
  • Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
  • At least 6+ years experience in Account Management within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Tenacious in cold calling and engaging warm leads.
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused, with client needs at the core.
  • Interest in identifying client problems and providing smart solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise-sized SaaS clients as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
  • Highly organized and analytical, reviewing data to prioritize efforts.
  • Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in a related industry.
