Entrepreneur Seminar is in search of exceptionally talented and ambitious Senior Telesales Consultants (Closers) with a proven track record of converting qualified leads into sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company led by world-class serial entrepreneur, long-time educator and bestselling author of "The Startup Story: An Entrepreneur's Journey from Idea to Exit", Martin Warner.

We are searching for Senior Telesales Consultants to join our team immediately. This is a hybrid position based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Entrepreneur Seminar was founded to support aspiring, emerging and established entrepreneurs that want to successfully start, build and grow a scalable business.

We offer a 3-component program that includes a training course, group live sessions (such as masterclasses and Q&A Clinics), and direct mentorship from Martin Warner. Over 300,000 entrepreneurs have gone through our cutting-edge training program in the last 23 years.

Our program is the no. 1 entrepreneurship training and mentorship program.

About the Role:

As a Senior Telesales Consultant (Closer), you will work closely with our appointment setting team who will warm up leads and schedule qualified appointments for you. You will be responsible for the crucial final stages of the sales cycle, focusing on converting pre-qualified prospects into program participants.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting sales calls with warm leads, understanding their specific needs, demonstrating the value of our program, closing sales, and ensuring smooth client onboarding.

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid position with a structured working pattern:

  1. Office-based: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Sevenoaks, Kent office)
  2. Remote working: Monday and Friday

Must-Have Requirements:

We are interested in hearing from candidates that:

  1. Have proven closing experience in telesales (minimum of 5 years)
  2. Have experience of high-value transaction closure
  3. Have experience of selling training courses or mentorship programs
  4. Are familiar with Nutshell, or a similar CRM tool
  5. Can work in a hybrid environment with own equipment
  6. Can attend weekly Team Calls
  7. Are excellent at building rapport and closing sales
  8. Can identify upselling opportunities and influence repeat business
  9. Have an exceptional track record of closing sales
  10. Have excellent sales planning and reporting skills
  11. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  12. Have strong organisational, presentation and time-management skills
  13. Have strong analytical skills and maintain a high standard of attention to detail
  14. Have a keen interest in entrepreneurship, and a passion for entrepreneurs
  15. Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are highly motivated and ambitious
  16. Familiar with Google Suite
  17. Have previously worked in a start-up environment
  18. Have substantial experience of the one-call close
  19. Have excellent Excel spreadsheet skills
  20. Have experience of managing existing client accounts
  21. Are excellent at managing and maintaining after-sales client relationships

This Role is NOT for Candidates that:

  1. Are clock watchers.
  2. Lie to get a sale.
  3. Do not understand or respect the place of entrepreneurship in society.

What's on Offer to Successful Candidates:

  1. Competitive base salary of £1,000 per month, increasing to £2,000 after successful completion of probation period
  2. Generous commission structure of £500 per full program sale
  3. Onboarding and Product Training will be provided
  4. Hybrid Working (3 days office/2 days remote)
  5. Significant upward opportunity exists
