Responsibilities

• Work through the allocated daily customer ring list and take delivery orders by telephone.
• Enter orders onto the company ordering system and meet cut-off times.
• Maintain regular customer contact and follow up on missed orders.
• Respond to product, pricing and stock enquiries; offer suitable alternatives.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport and other departments to resolve order queries.
