Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking a Telesales Operative to work office-based in Daventry, NN11, with a salary of £27,500 plus bonuses. The role runs 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, and is full-time (temp to perm).

You will call a database about renewals across various products, recording details in the CRM and qualifying leads for the BD team. Experience in outbound telesales and a call-centre environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telesales, ideally in a call centre.
• Must be able to book appointments, follow up quotes and clean data.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Call a database and discuss renewals across car lease, energy, mobile phones or pesticides.
• Record call details on an in-house CRM.
• Qualify leads before passing to the Business Development Managers.
