Job summary

Caraires Recruitment Limited is seeking a Telesales and Marketing Assistant in Rugby. The role is permanent with hybrid work after probation (1 day from home), Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (4:30pm on Fridays). Salary starts from £24,537.74 plus a quarterly bonus of around £400 (uncapped).

You will schedule new business appointments and promote services, handling both cold and warm leads. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient and confident on the phone, with IT literacy and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B telephone environment is advantageous.
• Comfortable speaking to people at all levels and on the phone.
• Must be IT literate and proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and customers by phone, email and social media.
• Gain market intelligence to support the direct marketing team.
• Organise and send mailings for the business.
• Generate leads for sales executives and recruitment teams.

Our client, a training provider based in Rugby, are looking for a Telesales and Marketing Assistant to join their direct marketing team. The successful candidate will be scheduling new business appointments and promoting the services on offer. Please note this role includes following both cold and warm leads, so you must be comfortable in a sales-based position and confident on the phone.

The key responsibilities of a Telesales & Marketing Assistant:

• Engage with and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers through telephone, email, social media
• Gain valuable market intelligence to support the direct marketing team
• Organise, generate and sending mailings for the business
• Generate leads amongst prospects for sales execs and recruitment team
• Provide a high level of service internally and externally

The ideal candidate for the Telesales & Marketing Assistant:

• The most important qualities for this role are a proactive attitude, resilience and confidence to pick up the phone
• Previous experience in a B2B telephone environment would be advantageous
