Caraires Recruitment Limited are helping a Rugby-based engineering firm recruit a Marketing Communications Assistant. This permanent, office-based role offers 31-37 hours per week with a salary up to £30,000, dependent on skills and experience.

The role blends creative, digital and administrative marketing tasks within a small team. You will draft social content, design visuals in Canva/Adobe, manage calendars and update company platforms, while supporting suppliers and keeping the intranet

Competenze

• 1-2 years experience in marketing in a professional business environment - essential.
• Comfortable using digital tools, including social media platforms, email tools and Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience working as a team.
• Great attention to detail.
• Physical ability to move/pack boxes for delivery.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and engaging content.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload.

Permanent Office based - Rugby Full time OR part time -31-37 hours per week up to £30,000 depending on skills & experience Our client, a successful firm in the engineering industry, is looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to join their small, busy team at their offices in Rugby; this role combines creative, digital, practical and administrative marketing responsibilties. The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years professional marketing experience.

The key responsibilities

• Drafting simple, engaging content for social media
