Job Description

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing the company's relationships with its customers, building long-term relationships, and achieving set targets. Daily duties include handling incoming and outgoing calls, maximizing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, monitoring credit limits, and ensuring timely payments. Effective communication with other departments and ongoing training are essential.

The role involves a 40-hour workweek, with a hybrid working pattern after training: home on Mondays and Fridays, onsite at Letchworth offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (working from 08:30 to 12:30 from home).

The salary ranges from £25,000 to £35,000 plus performance bonuses, based on experience, along with additional benefits.
