Telesales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Location: Halesowen
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Working Arrangement: Fully office-based

We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a growing freight forwarding business based in Halesowen.

This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role focused heavily on outbound calling, business development and generating new customer opportunities within the freight and logistics sector.

The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Making a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective business customers
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
• Building relationships with potential customers over the phone
• Introducing the company's freight forwarding and logistics services
• Following up leads and progressing prospects through the sales process
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads and opportunities
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
