Telesales Executive – B2B in the recruitment sector – OTE £50,000++

Salary Range: £27,500 to £32,000

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, driven, and ambitious Telesales Executive to join our London recruitment team.

The PRS Group of companies specializes in supplying contingent and managed recruitment services to the UK infrastructure and built environment sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Cold calling business leads (Outbound B2B) to outline our recruitment services.
  2. Sending follow-up emails to prospective customers to drive the sales process.
  3. Updating and managing the company database to keep track of all leads generated.
  4. Client mapping.
  5. Achieving and exceeding set KPIs and monthly sales and activity targets.
  6. Handling all sales administration, including new account forms, TOBs, and operational processes.
  7. Meeting with potential clients.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Proven track record in telesales, B2B, and B2C sales.
  • Experience in creating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and functions of the business.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Good PC literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Result-driven with a strong sales focus.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Motivated and target-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred, but not essential) and LinkedIn.
