Position Overview

As a Telesales Executive at Workflo Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with businesses, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for our sales representatives to discuss our comprehensive range of services.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively reach out to businesses via telephone to introduce Workflo Solutions and our service offerings.
  2. Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their unique requirements.
  3. Schedule meetings for sales representatives to present Workflo Solutions' Managed Print Services, Managed IT Services, Unified Communication, Cloud Migration, Digitisation, and Cyber Security.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the Managed Services space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
