Job Title: Telesales / Customer Service Executive

As a Telesales / Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and driving sales growth within an existing customer base. Your main duties will include:

1. Outbound sales and email communications to increase sales revenue.
2. Handling incoming sales calls and answering customer queries.
3. Inputting sales orders from existing customers.
4. Providing timely and effective customer service support.
5. Promoting daily deals and introducing new products during sales calls.
6. Updating the client database with contact and site details.
7. Monitoring and responding to emails.
8. Assisting the senior sales team with new sales inquiries.
9. Participating in weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review sales performance.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)

Knowledge and Experience:

- Previous experience in telephone sales.

Personal Qualities:

- Self-motivated.
