About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing business. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales journey: identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to delivery.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a small company environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the main point of contact for existing customers, delivering proactive support and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Handle client enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of satisfaction

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage prospective customers via phone and email
  • Follow up on leads and build a robust pipeline of new opportunities

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Prepare and issue quotes, process sales orders, and ensure accurate handover to production/logistics
  • Coordinate directly with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer communication

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range
  • Confidently communicate the benefits and applications of our solutions tailored to customer needs

Sales Admin & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide regular updates on activity, pipeline status, and client feedback

What We’re Looking For in a Telesales Executive:

  • Proven success in telephone-based sales and client relationship management
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Commercially aware with a hands-on approach to solving client needs
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel)
  • Engineering/technical product knowledge is a plus but not essential
