LOCALiQ Basildon is seeking a driven Telesales Consultant to convert prospects into clients. The role involves outbound calls to business owners, presenting LOCALiQ's digital and print advertising solutions, and closing new business in a fast-paced environment.

You will build a robust pipeline, understand client goals and deliver tailored campaigns while achieving monthly revenue targets. Basildon-based with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and tailor advertising solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business owners.
• Competence using CRM systems to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business through proactive outbound calling and prospecting.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to close.
• Understand client objectives and recommend LOCALiQ advertising solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPI metrics.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and maximise retention.
