Job summary

LOCALiQ Wales is seeking a driven, office-based salesperson to join our Wales team. You’ll make outbound calls to local businesses, uncover opportunities and introduce advertising solutions across digital channels.

This role is target-driven, with training, coaching and uncapped commission to reward high performance. You don’t need media experience, but you should have sales experience in a call centre or office setting, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and driven to exceed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and influencing skills when speaking with decision-makers.
• Proven ability to create opportunities via outbound calls and calls-to-close moments.
• Experience in maintaining client relationships and growing account value.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business through proactive outbound outreach.
• Meet or exceed clear revenue targets and KPIs each month.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts with ongoing support and upsell opportunities.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline using a consultative approach through the sales cycle.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering expert advice and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.
