Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to build a career in sales, marketing, or media, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce advertising products and services
• Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their marketing needs
• Book appointments for senior sales consultants or close low-value sales directly
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity using the CRM system
• Meet or exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets
• Follow up on warm leads and respond to incoming sales enquiries
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing team to improve outreach
