Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Closer for a fast-growing stairlift engineering company based in Bradford. This is a high-impact role for a razor-sharp closer who thrives on converting warm opportunities into completed sales.

With record appointment volumes, you'll work closely with on-site surveyors to own live deals and get them over the line. There is strong earning potential through commission and the option for overtime, with opportunities to build and lead a dedicated

• Proven experience closing sales over the phone or remotely.
• Confident handling of warm, high-intent leads.
• Exceptional objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Close live stairlift sales while surveyors are on-site with customers.
• Take control of deals in progress to maximise conversion rates.
• Chase and convert unsold quotes following completed surveys.
• Handle inbound and outbound closing calls with professionalism.
• Upsell warranties and additional services to increase deal value.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and closing targets.

Telesales Closer

Bradford

Basic Salary: £28,000 + commission + optional overtime

Package & Benefits:

• Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm (Office-based)
• Optional evening & weekend work to significantly increase commission
• Flexibility required for out-of-hours calls to secure live deals
• £25 commission per stairlift deal closed + extra commission through warranty sales
• Opportunity to support appointment setting for extra earnings
• Opportunity to grow the role and build a sales closing team
