Job summary

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery invites applications for a telesales role at our branch. You’ll engage customers by phone, nurture relationships with local tradesmen, and help build a personalised customer journey.

You’ll drive social media activity for the brand, craft marketing campaigns to attract new customers, and act as the product expert to support sales and service excellence within the team.

What you’ll do

We are a trade-focused business, so a large part of your day will involve working directly with the customers and creating a personalised experience. This will include making phone calls to new prospects and current account holders, creating a social media presence for the Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery brand and coming up with marketing campaigns that we can use to attract new customers and being that product expert. .
