Job summary

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery in Greater London seeks a proactive Telesales consultant to build the business through phone calls, referrals, and targeted outreach. You’ll act as a product expert, deliver a personalised customer experience and help convert prospects into loyal customers.

The role focuses on creating a strong new business pipeline, developing relationships with local tradesmen, and contributing to social media and marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads.

• No industry experience required; openness to learning and growing with the role.
• Must be proactive, with initiative to generate new business and manage relationships with local tradesmen.

What You’ll Do

We are a trade-focused business, so a large part of your day will involve working directly with the customers and creating a personalised experience. This will include making phone calls to new prospects and current account holders, creating a social media presence for the Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery brand and coming up with marketing campaigns that we can use to attract new customers and being that product expert. .
