Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery is recruiting for a Telesales role at our Welwyn Garden City branch. You will work directly with customers to create a personalised experience, making calls to new prospects and existing accounts while building the brand’s social media presence and contributing to marketing campaigns.

The role emphasises developing a strong new business pipeline and requires an innovative, proactive mindset to engage local tradesmen.

What You’ll Do

We are a trade-focused business, so a large part of your day will involve working directly with the customers and creating a personalised experience. This will include making phone calls to new prospects and current account holders, creating a social media presence for the Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery brand and coming up with marketing campaigns that we can use to attract new customers and being that product expert. .
