Position: Telesales Advisor

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits, including a base of £24.5k with an OTE of £30.5-33k. 25 days holidays, discounted products, and incentives such as prizes. All equipment provided. No weekend work, occasional bank holidays, latest finish at 19:00.

Role Summary:

You will make outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 50/60 calls daily using an automated dialer.
2. Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 3–6 sales per day, with 90% of the team meeting their targets.
4. Ensure compliance in all processes.

Required Skills and Experience:
