Remote Telesales Advisor

Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: £24.5k base salary with OTE of £30k+

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Contract: Permanent

Role Summary:

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 150-200 calls a day on an automated dialer.
2. Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to meet their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 3-6 sales per day, with 90% of the team meeting their targets.
4. Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 12 months of targeted phone sales experience within the last 3 years (preferred).
• A quiet workspace at home.
• Comfortable with remote working.
• Motivated to exceed targets while adhering to compliance and regulations.
