Job summary

Motia in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop the Telematics and Telecoms sales function. You will drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition, retention, and key account development while aligning Sales with Customer Experience, Product, and Operations.

The role requires a commercially focused leader with expertise in telematics, and a proven record of delivering revenue growth and high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing successful B2B sales teams.
• Experience within telematics, fleet management or technology sales preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver budgets across telematics and telecoms products and services.
• Drive new business acquisition, retention and account growth.
• Set objectives, performance measures and development plans.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and weekly reporting.
• Champion a demonstration-led sales approach.
