This is an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Team Leader to join this successful global business.

Leading a small team of Telemarketing Reps, you’ll be the key link between the UK field sales team, the telemarketing team, and the marketing team. You’ll be highly organized, process-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can enthusiastically lead the team to meet targets.

Requirements of the role include:

• Oversee the daily activities of the telemarketing team to ensure timely completion of work and achievement of targets.
• Share leads across the team and ensure effective follow-up on all leads.
• Plan resources and manage workflow across the team.
• Ensure compliance and maintain quality standards.
• Update internal documents and CRM system as needed.
• Provide training and support to telemarketing reps.
• Handle difficult customer conversations and serve as the escalation point for telemarketing reps.

What experience and qualities are needed?

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or sales (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.).
• Leadership experience demonstrated previously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong focus on customer service and delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers and databases.

This client offers a comprehensive induction plan. The role requires being in the office at least 4 days a week. Working hours are either 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and retail discounts.
