Job summary

Enva Group in Grantham is seeking a Telehandler Operative to support the recycling and processing of appliances. You will operate a telehandler to move, load and unload materials, ensuring safe handling of e-waste and fridges in line with safety and environmental standards.

This permanent, full-time role reports to the Site Manager. You will work with the Operations team to meet daily targets, maintain a clean, safe workspace and participate in safety inspections and continuous training.

Qualifications

• Experience in recycling or waste management environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to operate machinery or willingness to be trained.
• Physically demanding role with lifting and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the telehandler to lift and transport materials to designated areas.
• Load and unload items such as TVs, computers, fridges and other e-waste to correct recycling streams.
• Monitor and control material flow in the facility.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations and report issues.
• Work with team to meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Keep the work area clean and safe; perform additional duties as required.
