Job summary
ENVA is seeking a Goods In FLT Operative for night shifts in Grantham. You will operate a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload electronic waste and refrigeration units, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
- Experience in a recycling or waste management environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations related to recycling.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting/moving).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to lift and move materials.
- Load and unload materials to correct recycling streams.
- Monitor and control material flow in the factory.
- Follow health, safety and environmental regulations and inspect equipment.
- Collaborate with team and supervisors to meet targets.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
